{"id":72,"date":"2025-02-27T14:31:59","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T13:31:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/multidystinee.be\/?p=72"},"modified":"2025-02-27T14:47:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T13:47:30","slug":"les-defis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/multidystinee.be\/index.php\/2025\/02\/27\/les-defis\/","title":{"rendered":"Un Envol vers la Confiance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sasha ne recule jamais devant un d\u00e9fi,  le d\u00e9fi des <strong>ailes de papillon \u00e0 cheval<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un Exercice d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et de Pr\u00e9cision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet exercice, Sasha tenait des <strong>baguettes orn\u00e9es d&#8217;ailes color\u00e9es<\/strong>, elle a d\u00fb faire preuve de <strong>ma\u00eetrise et de coordination<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garder son \u00e9quilibre \u00e0 cheval<\/strong> tout en tenant les baguettes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G\u00e9rer ses mouvements de main<\/strong> pour donner une illusion d&#8217;un envol,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintenir la confiance de son cheval<\/strong>, qui devait rester calme malgr\u00e9 les larges mouvements des ailes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un D\u00e9fi de Confiance et de Connexion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice demande non seulement de la technique, mais aussi une connexion <strong>profonde avec son cheval<\/strong>. Pour que tout fonctionne, l&#8217;animal doit faire totalement confiance \u00e0 son cavalier. Il ne doit <strong>ni s&#8217;effrayer, ni r\u00e9agir brusquement<\/strong> \u00e0 ces grandes ailes color\u00e9es qui bougent autour de lui. Sasha a su instaurer cette confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une Victoire sur les Difficult\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Sasha, qui est MultiDys, ce type d&#8217;exercice n&#8217;est pas anodin. La <strong>coordination des gestes<\/strong> peut \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi, et r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 <strong>synchroniser ses mouvements avec son cheval tout en g\u00e9rant un objet ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong> repr\u00e9sente un grand accomplissement. Ce d\u00e9fi met en avant son <strong>travail, sa pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et sa passion \u00e9questre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une Exp\u00e9rience Enrichissante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice a \u00e9t\u00e9 une <strong>exp\u00e9rience <\/strong>, qui lui a permis de repousser ses limites et de prouver une fois de plus que <strong>rien n&#8217;est impossible avec de la d\u00e9termination<\/strong>. Sasha continue d&#8217;\u00e9voluer, de se challenger et de montrer que les difficult\u00e9s ne sont que des obstacles \u00e0 franchir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
